The visit costs around US$50 per vehicle, which goes to the community; buying jewellery and crafts is welcome but entirely optional.

    Stop at a Maasai village on the way between the parks. Your Maasai hosts welcome you, show you their homes and explain their customs, history and daily life. There is time to look at — and, if you like, buy — handmade jewellery and crafts.
