Overview

Two hours on a wooden dhow as the sun drops into the Indian Ocean, with Swahili snacks, soft drinks and the Stone Town skyline turning gold.

Every evening the sky over Stone Town puts on a show. Watch it from the water: you board a traditional dhow on the town beach, sail along the waterfront and stay out until the sun has gone.

Snacks and drinks are served on board. The Forodhani food market is a short walk away for dinner afterwards.
