Booking terms

These terms apply to every booking made with Nefaland Hotel, Magomeni Argentina, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania — on this website, by email, by WhatsApp or by phone. Please read them before you book; making a booking means you accept them.

Rates

Room rates are per room per night and include breakfast and Wi-Fi. They are published in Tanzanian shillings and in US dollars; your booking stays in the currency you chose. Any extras and venue services are priced as shown when you add them, or confirmed by us in writing.

Reserving and paying

When you book on this website your room is held for 24 hours. A deposit confirms the booking; the amount is shown before you book. We send the payment details by email and WhatsApp. The balance is paid at the hotel. If no deposit is received within the hold time, the hold ends and the room becomes available to other guests — we will always contact you first.

Pay only to the accounts given in your confirmation from Nefaland Hotel. We never ask for payment to a personal number. If you are unsure, call the hotel before you pay.

Cancellations and changes

Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change. Moving your dates is free when a room is available. The cancellation terms for your booking are written in your confirmation.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in is from 12:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in and late check-out depend on availability.

Venues and events

Hall bookings are confirmed in writing with the date, the hall, the number of guests, the services and the price. A deposit confirms the date.

The house

Please treat our staff, other guests and the hotel with respect. We are not responsible for valuables left unattended outside your room.
